GET A QUOTEPerforated serrated diamond safety grating is also referred to as grip strut safety grating or diamond perforated metal planks.
This type of grating is generally made of mild steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel sheets by punching and then expansion.
The special-made diamond-shaped opening is embossed to increase friction when people walk on or vehicles drive past. The serrated design offers extra force and enhances the anti-slipping features. The big opening and the sunken diamond holes allow the drainage of water, debris, mud, and chips, making it easy to be cleaned and maintained.
This pattern is the most widely used design among all the slip-resistant perforated safety grating products.
Based on different applications, the diamond serrated perforated metal can be either made into open-ended planks or with blocked ends for stair treats.
