Decorative Metal Grilles is a popular material in shopfitting, especially for wine bar interior decoration. The pattern code is named with our brand name + woven wire series "ww41 with a nominal 2mm wire diameter and a roughly 19x19mm big opening.

This material is mainly made from premium stainless steel wire conforming to AISI standards.  Both of the wires from vertical and horizontal directions are made from 2mm diameter wires. The wires need to go through a crimping procedure before weaving to achieve a ornamental purpose for decoration. The weaving will create approximately 19mm big square holes and 5mm small holes.

COLORFUL FINISHES AND VASATILE APPLICATION

METART-WW41D2H19 decorative metal wire is available in different finishes to suit interiors and exterior applications. We can get it plated with copper and copper alloy including brass and bronze, either with a regular plated finish or an antique finish to increase spice to the design for interiors.

Meanwhile, we can do a regular painting on the wire grilles to make a lot of different color based on customers samples or RAL color chart.

For outdoor application, we can provide outdoor grade PVDF painting for these designer wire mesh panels or elegant PVD Electro Plating services.
