GET A QUOTELock crimped wire mesh is made of pre-crimped stainless steel wires or other metal wires.
The wires went through a pair of alloy roller dies and get consecutive crimps at a certain distance. Unlike Intermediate crimped wires, it is made to keep straight between every two adjacent humps. The wires don’t have obvious waved up and downs after being crimped.
Lock crimp weave pattern gets the wires tightly placed in position, avoiding the moving of wires.
With a smooth and tight structure, stainless steel lock crimp woven wire is always favored by architects. Most of the time, people will use it directly for architectural fencing panels, balustrading mesh panels, or façade screens. Sometimes, customers may require extra milling on the straight parts between two crimps to have a flattened mirror-like finish.
