GET A QUOTETitanium wire mesh is made of superior titanium wires that are valued for their high strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant properties which make Titanium mesh widely used in a great variety of industries.
Commercially Pure (CP) Titanium Alloys Mesh are over 99% titanium. Titanium wire mesh always has a protective oxide coating that prevents electrolytic reactions with other metals. Therefore, using baskets that are made of titanium wire mesh can improve the process efficiency of anodizing aluminum components.
According to its appearance, Titanium wire mesh is divided into Bright Titanium wire mesh (white Titanium wire mesh) and Black Titanium wire mesh. Both of them are made from pure titanium wires. The difference is the surface of white Titanium mesh has no impurities which are suitable for anodizing experiments, catalyst carrier supports, pure chemical liquid filtration, and the filtration of other non-contaminated solutions. But the black Titanium mesh surface has a layer of brushed graphite emulsion which is suitable for seawater desalination titanium and chemical filtration. The coating on the surface can slow down the corrosion and prolong the service life.
There are two commonly used grades of Titanium wire mesh.
CP Titanium Grade 1 wire mesh is also known as TA1 wire mesh, UNS R50250 wire mesh, W.Nr. 3.7025 wire mesh
Grade 1 is the softest titanium with the highest ductility and corrosion resistance. It has excellent cold-forming characteristics, welding properties, and high-impact toughness. Grade 1 titanium wire mesh is often used for architectural, medical, marine, and chemical processing manufacturing.
Key features of Ta1 Wire Mesh
Strength: The strength of titanium is said to be twice as much as carbon, and it is equal to three times the strength of aluminum.
Lightweight: Titanium is 40% lighter than stainless steam or low carbon steel, but still, it is much stronger than them.
Corrosion resistance: Titanium is one of the best metals to use in saltwater or seawater. As it is best suited for such conditions and experiences close to no corrosion.
No oxidization: As it does not get eroded so easily, the outer layer stays in pristine condition all the time. Hence, it eliminates the hassle of its maintenance.
