The METART-WW01C is an exquisite decorative metal mesh crafted from hybrid materials, seamlessly intertwining 100% pure red copper wires in the weft direction and flat stainless steel wires as the warp wires in the vertical direction. This particular configuration bears a striking resemblance to its brass counterpart, "METART-WW01B", but with thicker flat wire strips to offset the softness of pure copper.

While stainless steel is our factory's default material for architectural designer wire mesh selections, this unique decorative metal mesh incorporates 3x1.5mm pre-crimped stainless steel metal strips as its foundational framework.

The letter "C" in the pattern's name signifies the presence of pure copper wires, an opulent yet highly decorative raw material known for its rich reddish hue and sleek warmth.

The combination of 2mm copper interwoven into the screen results in a breathtaking woven wire mesh with approximately 3x6mm slot holes, serving as an elegant interior decor element with a moderate 60% level of privacy.

If you have an ongoing project that requires a sample for a customer presentation, please inquire us about its availability.

Due to the high cost of pure copper wires, we don't keep copper wires as a regular stock in our factory. But, we will keep some small offcuts from some projects. If the samples happen to run out,  we are willing to produce a small piece of sample to meet your specific project requirements.

It's going to involve quite a few steps to produce a small sample, including:

► Raw material Procurement. We occasionally need to procure stainless steel wire strips - fortunately always readily available in our factory - and source copper wires only.

► Tooling Preparation: Test running the tooling to a desired opening. this procedure will waste some raw materials until the desired measurement is achieved.

► Shaping of the Decorative Wires: Both the stainless steel metal strips and pure copper wires need to be pre-crimped to the desired shapes. 

► Threading: Threading the warp wires into the holes of the heddle wires and then going through the weaving reed to get the warp wires properly positioned.

► Weaving: Feed a few pieces of weft wires to form the fabric and then keep weaving 10-15 CM to reach the regular sample size.

From the above-mentioned procedures, sampling a decorative metal mesh is pretty long and costly too. Normally, it will take 3 or 4 days to get the sample well produced. We are glad to manufacture our sample free of charge for your project; you would be expected to cover the postage cost to support and facilitate anything related to your project.
