Material: Galvanized Sheet

Type: 60° Staggered Pattern bushfire grade perforated mesh

Thickness: 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm

Hole Diameter: 2mm

Pitch:3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm

Regular Size: 1x2M, 1.2x2.4M, 1.22x2.44M, 1.25x2.5M, and custom sizes.

Finish: Mill finish or Powder coated black finish.

Introduction

This perforated galvanized Sheet of 2mm hole diameter is a cost-effective bushfire-grade ember protective perforated mesh.

It is a much cheaper ember mesh option compared with its counterpart stainless steel barrier ember mesh.

As it has a bit of corrosion resistance property than normal mild steel. It is often pre-powder coated before shipment or powder coated by customers after being received or after their fabrication.

But it is not recommended in coastal cities even being powder coated.

Ember perforated mesh with 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm center distances can be also used as privacy screen mesh at the same time, as they have a much lower opening rate.

Hole Pattern: 60° Staggered round hole

Sheet Width: Within 1250mm
